Says that he is a young guy breaking into the NHL and it's easier to do that playing wing then at center.

It says G is better at faceoffs but watch the game, in the D zone Frost will end up being the low guy (center) more than G since he is allergic to defense. Watch

I thought Trouba's hit was legal. What am I missing? Player was defenseless because he was looking down at puck but this isn't the NFL. Didn't seem to target head but may have made contact.

Does anyone think Trouba will be suspended? One game? Fined?

Totally legal hit. Wish we had someone who would throw hits like that. Sorry for the outcome but a clean hockey hit to a player with the puck and his head down. You cant say oh let me wait till he gets full control of puck then I will hit him.

15 years ago…it’s just a good hit that hurt a guy…in todays NHL who the he’ll knows.

By definition it's clean. Could Trouba have pulled up and avoided that hit absolutely. When you hit a player that is in a prone position like that you are trying to injure them.

Because Devils are playing as bad and the law of averages. Have to win one sooner or later. Then again really thought they would come out strong and beat the Rangers last week.

Just watched it. Two things are going to get Trouba in trouble. One he raised his arm up. Secondly, the principal point of contact was the head.
